INFORMS Outreach/ISYE DEI Fellows Program
The INFORMS Outreach/ISYE DEI Fellows Program aim is to shine light on the opportunities available for students in ISYE and INFORMS from various ethnicities and backgrounds, and to make them aware of a welcoming community within ISyE and Georgia Tech. Several outreach events under this program are scheduled where students provide insight on their studies to students from diverse backgrounds in various colleges in Georgia.

Staff Opportunities in Academic Roles (S.O.A.R.)
The DEI Staff Focus Group aims to enable staff to chase and reach their potential in their careers. Various resources, information and activities has been put together by CASE for staff to tap into for support in their career/professional development. A holistic approach consisting of group discussion, career advising, interview preparation, job shadowing, etc help staff obtain the skills and knowledge required for their personal and professional goals. This is a space for staff to relax, meet, and engage with each other in a supportive learning environment. It is a place of mutual respect and cultural humility and promote a shared understanding of respect, belonging, and inclusivity.
