The In-Conversation Series involved a ‘Telling a Story’ Initiative as a way to shine light on the problems that minorities in the ISyE department face, bring their narratives to the forefront of the ISyE community and ensure there’s a more inclusive environment for them. The events hosted consist of minorities sharing a wide range of issues they face and presenting solutions to them.
