About

Ronda’s career has included technology, finance, and entrepreneurship roles over a 35 year span. Her career began in the software industry in various customer success and sales positions with Management Science America, a provider of accounting and manufacturing software. Ronda then joined investment banking in corporate finance, focusing on merger and acquisition activity in the technology industry. Following a small company CFO role, Ronda co-founded and then sold Extreme Logic, a software and technology training and consulting firm employing industry certified professionals providing solutions for Microsoft, Powersoft, and Great Plains products. Ronda has since consulted with startups and investment firms in and from London, Singapore, Tokyo, and Beijing while also serving on various boards, most recently as Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the School of Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech and as a member of the board of the Georgia Tech Foundation. Ronda holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
