For an incredible 35 years, the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at Georgia Tech has maintained its position as the top-ranked graduate program in the nation, as recognized by U.S. News & World Report.
Notably, as of Fall 2024, the undergraduate program has also been ranked best in the nation – for 24 consecutive years. The school’s consistency in striving for excellence and commitment to shaping the future of industrial and systems engineering has continued to earn its top spot for both the graduate and undergraduate programs.
In addition to the school’s rankings, the College of Engineering (CoE) has earned impressive accolades placing No.4 overall in the nation and No.2 among public universities.
With the school’s dedication to excellence and its achievements, it continues to further solidify the institution’s reputation as a leader in engineering education.
ISyE’s commitment to progress emphasizes the need to expand ongoing investments in research, program enrichment, and facilities support including the new home of ISyE in George Tower, at Tech Square Phase 3.
The new building will play a crucial role in continuing to scale the program and support the growth of its students, faculty, and research endeavors. These developments will ensure that the school is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of both the industry and future generations of industrial engineers.
As the school celebrates another successful year, we are committed to inspiring the next generation of leaders to uphold the school’s legacy of excellence and innovation for many years to come.
With sincere gratitude and appreciation, we’d like to thank our students, alumni, faculty, staff and friends that support the amazing work created at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering.
