Provided project management for the VN74 project jointly with Isuzu Motors. Planned, procured and installed a manual eight station assembly line to produce 2-3 jph.

Regional Plant Manager, Lansing Delta Township
(Assembly & Stamping) and Lansing Grand River Assembly
Planned and implemented a regional consolidation of all staff functions between Lansing Delta Township and Lansing Grand River Assembly Plants. Annual savings of approximately $2M/year. Launched the new CTS Sport Wagon at Lansing Grand River Assembly. Removed a shift at Lansing Delta Township due to market demand with no degradation in quality. Planned and executed the second shift returning with only 6 weeks leadtime.

Plant Manager, Lansing Delta Township
Planned, staffed and brought into production GM’s newest US Assembly and Stamping Plant. Launched three new full sized crossovers. Successfully negotiated a competitive local operating agreement with the UAW. Brought the plant to full capacity on three shifts in approximately 12 months.
